As humans, we are wired for negativeness. Do you believe that? According to a study in 2005 done by the  National Science Foundation, an average person has about 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts each day and 80% of those thoughts are negative. So how can we plan our week ahead for success if this is what our humanity is?

The quick and easy answer is to focus on YOU, but for some, it’s easier said than done. If you want to set yourself up for success, you’ve got to set up YOU. In this episode, Leon shares with listeners on a Sunday morning live stream, on how to set up your week ahead and what are the things that you can do to protect and preserve yourself and not lie in B.E.D.
